I don't have the code for the lockbox? 

Access the email address that was used to make your booking, there will be an automated email which will contain all o f the information for your stay including the lockbox code.

I have checked and I don't seem to have the email?

We do have different requirements depending upon the booking platform you used to make your booking. If you have booked with us directly we require full payment for your stay, a security deposit, ID verification and for the rental agreement to be signed. If you have booked via Air B N B or Booking.com you will need to make sure you have read and signed the rental agreement. If any of these steps have been missed you won't have received your check in email, just complete the steps to receive that email.

I have put the code in the lockbox and it doesn't seem to work?

Please make sure all the numbers from your email are aligned correctly, pull down on the little black lever to open the box to get your key.

We will be using the sofa beds for our stay, where is the bedding?

All extra bedding for the sofa beds is stored within the sofa itself, the end section lifts up and everything you need is in there.

Have I parked my car in the right place?

Please make sure to only park your vehicles within the Wetheral Cottages Car Park, this is located directly opposite our Hamlet on the left hand side as you drive up the lane.

I still have an issue with gaining access to the cottage?

Please contact us on 01253 859599 if you have tried the above and are still unable to get into the cottage for your stay.
